1. Workspace Usage & Access

1.1 Operating Hours & Access

  • 24/7 access available for monthly members
  • Daily pass holders: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Weekly pass holders: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
  • Biometric access provided for monthly members
  • Access cards issued for weekly members

1.2 Facilities Usage

  • High-speed internet (1 GBPS dedicated line)
  • Meeting rooms (booking required)
  • Printer & scanner access (fair usage policy applies)
  • Pantry services (complimentary tea & coffee)
  • Phone booths for private calls

1.3 Community Guidelines

  • Maintain professional decorum
  • Respect noise levels in shared spaces
  • Keep workspaces clean and organized
  • Follow COVID-19 safety protocols
  • No smoking within the premises

2. Membership & Payments

2.1 Membership Types

2.2 Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking
  • GST will be charged as applicable
  • Security deposit required for monthly memberships (refundable)
  • Late payment fees apply for recurring memberships

2.3 Additional Services

  • Virtual Office: ₹499/month
  • Meeting Room Credits: ₹300/hour
  • Locker Rental: ₹500/month
  • Print/Scan: ₹2/page (B&W), ₹5/page (Color)
  • Event Space Rental: As per requirement

3. Cancellation & Termination

3.1 Cancellation Notice Periods

  • Daily Pass: 24 hours notice
  • Weekly Pass: 72 hours notice
  • Monthly Pass: 7 days notice

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled within notice period
  • Partial refund for early termination of monthly plans
  • No refund for unused services or amenities
  • Processing fees are non-refundable

3.3 Termination by Genesis

  • Violation of community guidelines
  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Damage to property or equipment
  • Harassment or misconduct
  • Illegal activities

4. Liability & Insurance

4.1 Personal Property

  • Members are responsible for their personal belongings
  • Lockers available for secure storage
  • Genesis not liable for loss or damage of personal items
  • CCTV surveillance for common areas only

4.2 Insurance Requirements

  • Professional liability insurance recommended
  • Equipment insurance for personal devices
  • Genesis maintains property and liability insurance
  • Additional insurance options available

5. Additional Terms

5.1 Internet Usage

  • Fair usage policy applies
  • No illegal downloads or streaming
  • VPN usage allowed for business purposes
  • Bandwidth monitoring in place

5.2 Guest Policy

  • Guests allowed during business hours
  • Maximum 2 guests per member
  • Guest passes available for purchase
  • Members responsible for guest conduct
