3. Additional Services Refunds

3.1 Meeting Room Credits

  • 4-hour notice: 100% refund
  • 2-hour notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 2 hours: No refund
  • Unused credits expire after 30 days

3.2 Virtual Office Services

  • 7-day cooling period for new subscriptions
  • Pro-rata refund for early termination
  • Mail forwarding charges non-refundable
  • Setup fees non-refundable

3.3 Event Space Bookings

  • 7 days notice: 90% refund
  • 3-6 days notice: 50% refund
  • 1-2 days notice: 25% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
