3. Additional Services Refunds
3.1 Meeting Room Credits
- 4-hour notice: 100% refund
- 2-hour notice: 50% refund
- Less than 2 hours: No refund
- Unused credits expire after 30 days
3.2 Virtual Office Services
- 7-day cooling period for new subscriptions
- Pro-rata refund for early termination
- Mail forwarding charges non-refundable
- Setup fees non-refundable
3.3 Event Space Bookings
- 7 days notice: 90% refund
- 3-6 days notice: 50% refund
- 1-2 days notice: 25% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
